The Wildlife Forum Newsletter report was accepted overwhelmingly
Annual General Meeting 2022
Thee 2022 Annual General Meeting due to be held in January, 2022 was cancelled due to COVID meeting restrictions. Instead a poll of members was held to consider the decisions that would normally be made at a face-to-face meeting. 43% of the member households submitted a return.
The minutes of the AGM 2020 were accepted.
The Secretary's report and the Treasurer's report were accepted.
The new Committee was elected.

Annual General Meeting 2021
The 2021 AGM was scheduled for Wednesday, 13th January, 2021 at 7.30pm. However, it was cancelled due to government restrictions on gatherings, as a result of COVID-19. The 2020 Committee remains in post until the 2022 AGM.

The Drumoig Residents Association Annual General meeting was held on Wednesday, 22nd January 2020 at 7.30pm.

Inaugural Members General Meeting 2019
An Inaugural Members General Meeting for all interim members of Drumoig Residents Association was held on Wednesday 23rd January 2019 at 7.30pm in the Drumoig Hotel.
The main purpose of the meeting was to report on the activities of 2018, and consider a proposal reconstituting the Drumoig Residents Association following the dissolution of the Drumoig Community Trust.
The proposal was accepted by the meeting, and the new constitution adopted.
